ABOUT THE BOOK:

The Isoko book of outstanding personalities is a compendium of dramatis personae in Isoko who have one way or the other shaped the history and development of Isoko as a people.

The book was able to chronicles the toils and achievements of individual Isoko sons and daughters, through whose eyes and effort, the story of a people who are from an integral part of ” NIGERIA” has been told.

The book, apart from being a compendium of persons, it also contained comprehensive and detailed articles by some renowned Isoko scholars from different areas of specializations.
Some of the “ARTICLES” dwelled on some fundamental issues such as ” health, education, environmental degredation and under-development” of the Isoko Nation.

It is interesting to note that, some of the scholars had personal experiences of the issues that the articles discussed.

Therefore, it is pertinent to say that, on the day of unveiling the book ” we shall be celebrating our Isoko inventors, creators and some outstanding Isoko social-clubs and individuals who have done credibly well and impacted positively on the generality of the Isoko people”

On that basis, I urged you to get ready and be part of this celebration coming on the 3rd of November 2023.

The event will hold at Mano Hotel and suites (former Eboh Hotel), Oleh, the headquarters of Isoko Nation under distinguished chairmanships of Dr. Goodnews Agbi, currently the SSA to the Governor of Delta State on projects monitoring.
