Delta Group Lauds Oruma over Chairman aspiration.
A socio-political group, Hope Oborevwori and Friend’s Support group has lauded Honourable Paul Oruma over his intention to contest the Chairmanship Election of Burutu local Government Area of Delta State.
In a release to newsmen recently, signed by Hon. Raymond Ighomrore, the Coordinator of the group and Victor Akpowevwe Edafe, the Secretary -General, the group affirmed that it was a heart-warming development that the highly revered grassroot politician, toting world-class exposure, has deemed it expedient to serve his people selflessly and experientially, having been in the political space of Burutu local Government and indeed Delta State since 2003.

The group, which observed that the grassroot politician’s long leadership experience and political involvement had spread across several public and private sectors corporate organizations, was of the opinion that this premium exposure stood the politician in good stead and would make him the obvious choice of voters among other contestants in the forthcoming Local Government Elections.
The group particularly thanked the elder statesman and political icon, chief Senator Dr. E k Clark for finding time out of his very busy schedule to host his political son and give him his blessings over his Chairmanship aspiration, firm in the conviction that this thoughtful gesture would go a long way to ensure success in the endeavour.
Finally the group wished, hoped and prayed that the good people of Burutu local Government, and indeed Delta State in general would key into the MORE Agenda of His Excellency the Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, who had been performing excellently at the helm of affairs delivering the goodies of democracy to his people, so much so that he won the Silverbird Award for the best performing Governor.
