A Nigerian legal practitioner, Emeka Ugwuonye, has alleged that popular nightlife entrepreneur, Cubana ChiefPriest, has initiated legal action against a Kenyan woman, Hellen, who claims he fathered her child.
Ugwuonye, who gained online recognition as the legal representative of May Edochie, made the disclosure via his Facebook page this afternoon.
He posted a document purportedly from a magistrate court in Kenya, showing ChiefPriest as the plaintiff.
According to the document, the socialite is seeking a court injunction to restrain Hellen from publishing defamatory statements about him on social media.
Hellen has repeatedly taken to social platforms to accuse the socialite of being the father of her two-year-old son and has demanded he submit to a DNA test.
In response, Cubana ChiefPriest has reportedly denied ever having any contact or relationship with her
