Dr. Murtala Sale Dandashire, the medical doctor shot by evil-minded bigots and terrorists while at his duty post at the Kankara General Hospital in Katsina State, during a visit to him by Professor Bashir Kurfi of the Ahmadu Bello University, at the General Hospital Katsina where he’s being treated for gunshots wound he sustained during the hellish encounter.
The medical doctor was shot in the thigh by the terrorists when they invaded the hospital on the night of Tuesday, January 14, 2026.
The Doctor garnered 13 awards including overall best graduating students in ABU Zaria Class of 2019.
