Muhammad Umar Rabiu, an Abuja resident, has threatened to rape two women without any consequences. Rabiu boasts about legal immunity because his father is a policeman.
At 3:01 pm on Tuesday, Rabiu commented on an X post of another user’s video.
Tweeting via @MuhammadAncopss , he said in Pidgin English, “If I come rape you now, they go say I be rapist.“
The lady, @Moon_are_shii , then replies, saying she would retaliate and set dogs loose on him so he would be unable to walk for days.
Rabiu doubles down and says,“Oya Nigeria, get ready, I go rape somebody daughter tomorrow. Una no go fit do me anything. My papa guide die.
The identity of this man’s father remained unclear until another individual, @athenaartemis_ , said to him, “[It] would be your last day on earth! Animal, oloshi, oloriburuku.”
Rabiu then replies,“Me wey my papa na popo. I go rape you join, idiot.”
FIJ spotted that in his X cover image is a picture of Rabiu and a man clad in a police uniform. It remains unclear at press time if the man in the image is his father.
FIJ sent the X posts to the Complaint Response Unit (CRU), and they said they would probe the matter when they get more details on the man
