The residence of Hon. Stephen Ighomena Irebia FCA, in Festac was beehives of activities as Orie-Irri resident in Lagos and Ogun states visited their son, Hon. Stephen Ighomena Irebia who was recently conferred with the title of "PATRON" and ratified by the Orie-Irri general conference.
The delegation comprises notable Men and women, led by a former president-general of the community, Chief Efemena Owah was enthusiastic.
While stating the reason for the visit, Chief Owah had noted that, this august visit is a sign of honour and respect to Hon. Stephen Ighomena Irebia to demonstrate love and unity among Orie-Irri people in Lagos and it's environs.
He urged members to live in peace and unity wherever they find themselves, stressing that, with such a strong bond, the Orie-Irri community will get her rightful place.
Chief Efemena Owah used the medium to Hon. Stephen Ighomena Irebia, that as a patron, he is now bestowed with huge responsibility, especially, to coordinate the Orie-Irri resident in Lagos and it's environs towards the progress and development of Orie-Irri community.
The Chief host, Hon. Stephen Ighomena Irebia FCA, while responding, he noted that, he is delighted and excited over the visit, noting that, he sees it as sign of honour and respect and promised to anything that will bring progress and development to Orie-Irri community.
He used the medium to inform his visitors that, another great son of Orie-Irri, Chief Okpure has also been very supportive to the progress and development of the Orie-Irri community.
