The 3rd S.G.O. Uyeh public lecture series has been scheduled to hold on the 6th June, 2026, as discussants will focus on health matters as they relate to the Church.
In a statement issued by the planning committee and signed by the LAWMNA territorial press secretary, pastor Tunde Adebisi and made available to Newsmen, had clearly stated that, a renowned health and wellness expert and lead pastor of "Shepherd's Flock International Church, Pastor Tony Akinyemi will deliver the public lecture as part of activities line up for the retirement and Valedictory programme of the immediate past territorial chairman of The Apostolic Church Nigeria, LAWMNA Territory,Pastor S.G.O. Uyeh.
The event will feature a medical expert, from the federal medical centre, Idi-Araba, Abeokuta , Dr Mrs Grace Bajomo who will deliver the keynote address in accordance to the theme of the lecture, "the responsibility of church in promoting holistic health for national growth and development"at the event.
The statement further noted that, the highlight of the occasion will include the"LAUNCH" of the S.G.O. Uyeh foundation and public presentation of Pastor Uyeh biography in commemoration of his remarkable years of ministry.
The statement noted that, the national president of The Apostolic Church Nigeria, pastor Lawrence Olusesan Oladele would be the father of the day, while the LAWMNA territorial chairman, pastor Moses Oluwole Ogunibe will be the chief host, as well as the former Chief of staff to Ogun state Governor, Overseer Dr Oluwatoyin Taiwo, Chief Daniel Omoyibo, including church leaders and other distinguished guests from different walks of life will grace the occasion.
According to the statement, the lecture series was established to promote "EXAMPLARY leadership ideals and to immortalize the legacy of a pastor who served as LAWMNA territorial chairman for about 3 years before his voluntary retirement in April this year and Pastor S.G.O.Uyeh has been described as one of the longest serving minister of the"GOSPEL in Christendom".
