The Defence Headquarters faulted Seyi Makinde for describing the k!dnappers of Oyo schoolchildren as terrorists.
According to the military, the incident was an isolated criminal act and not evidence of a terrorist base in the South-West. DHQ also stated that security forces had previously cleared criminal hideouts around Old Oyo National Park.
