Born into the highly respected family of the late Chief Peter Onwuka and Chief Mrs. Elizabeth Njideaka of Umuekea, in the historic Igbuzo Kingdom of Delta State, Dr. Vivian inherited a legacy of integrity.
Despite climbing to the apex of international career success, she has never disconnected from her roots. Instead, she has used her global platform to amplify the values, traditions, and distinct identity of the Anioma people, earning her deep-seated admiration both at home and across the Atlantic.
This commitment to community and tradition is beautifully mirrored in her marriage to Obi (Dr.) Henry Chukwuma Ajudua, the Obi Ezeudo of Igbuzo. Their union stands as a powerful partnership of faith, vision, and shared civic responsibility. Together, they have institutionalized a family culture anchored on excellence and service, raising six remarkably accomplished children and celebrating the joy of nine grandchildren. Among them is Dr. Freddie Chukwuyem Henry-Ajudua, an internationally celebrated Rugby icon who continues to bring global honor to the Ajudua name and the entire Igbuzo community.

For many, a successful 19-year banking career at First Bank Plc—marked by rapid promotions, executive training, and corporate accolades—would have been the final destination. But Dr. Vivian’s calling was larger than the four walls of a financial institution.
Driven by an innate desire to directly heal and comfort, she relocated to the United States and boldly transitioned into healthcare.
Showing the grit of a true trailblazer, she systematically acquired a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from North Carolina Central University, a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, and ultimately, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. Today, she seamlessly balances this clinical brilliance with corporate governance, serving as the Managing Director of Vebron International, where she drives innovation and cross-sector growth.
