Thugs Burn ADC Ward Office Hours Before Amaechi’s Arrival In Rivers.


‎Suspected political thugs have set ablaze a ward office of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Ubima community, the hometown of former Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi.

‎According to a video circulating online, residents could be heard criticizing security personnel for failing to apprehend the perpetrators.

‎The incident reportedly took place in the early hours of Friday in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State.

‎The ADC facility was said to house materials intended for local party activities.

‎The attack occurred just hours before Amaechi was scheduled to formally register with the party at the ward level.
