Asaba, Delta State - The Chief Medical Director of Asaba Specialist Hospital, Dr Peace Ighosewe has organized a week-long screening exercise for all staff members in commemoration of World Health Day.
This exercise which is in line with the MORE Agenda of His Excellency, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is to promote healthy living and wellness for all staff of the hospital was launched by the hospital management today with a series of free medical screenings, including eye checks, ECGs, laboratory investigations, and dental care, which will run from April 2nd to 7th.
The grand finale of the exercise will take place on Monday, April 7th, which is World Health Day at the hospital's multipurpose hall, starting at 9 am. The event will feature health sensitization talks for staff and patients, refreshments, and other activities.
