I was in the basement doing the jail's laundry. I used to be a homeless crack-addicted street prostitute for almost 15 years. I lost everything, including my children. I was completely broken. I prayed and cried out to God from the depths of my heart. I asked Him to forgive me and give me "Another Chance". I vowed to the Lord that if He saved me, I would serve Him for the rest of my life.
Jesus rescued and saved me right there on the spot in 1994. He has kept me 32 years. Today, I'm still serving the Lord. I am an Evangelist minister of the gospel who travels the world telling others about Jesus and what He has done for me. God filled me with the Holy Spirit. Later, I went on to college and became a high school English teacher. I later got my master's degree in school administration and a NC principal license. In 2019, I received a doctorate in theology and became the principal of a Christian school. I used to be called "cracked out" and "skinny minnie". They called me a "ho" and many other bad names. Church folk said I was a hopeless case. I tried 12-step programs, which failed repeatedly.
JESUS was my ONLY Hope. Today, I'm married to a wonderful man of God. They don't call me names anymore. Now they call me Dr. Janet Taylor Gwyn. This is the testimony of the POWER of Jesus' blood!!! To GOD be the glory!
