Fuji legend Wasiu Ayinde, widely known as K1 De Ultimate, has revealed that he is a committed member of the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC), even though he identifies as a Muslim.
Speaking during an interview on Agbaletu TV, shared on X Thursday, the music icon opened up about his spiritual journey, sharing that he has explored multiple faiths in his pursuit of a deeper relationship with God.
“I attend Celestial Church. I am a bonafide member of the Celestial Church. A proud one. In fact, I built a church,” K1 stated. “I sought different religions while trying to know God in both popular religions. There’s nowhere I didn’t try to find God.”
He expressed genuine affection for the Celestial Church and said his decision to join was driven by a personal quest for spiritual understanding and growth.
This surprising revelation follows the recent popularity of the term “Ganusi,” a phrase popularised by K1 that went viral across social media platforms.
