A young man has stirred intense debate across social media after alleging in a viral video that Senator Ned Nwoko offered him and several others N5 million each to kill his estranged wife, popular Nollywood actress Regina Daniels.
The video, which surfaced on X (formerly Twitter), shows the young man speaking with part of his face hidden. He claimed that the politician provided Regina Daniels’ supposed location and movement schedule, urging them to carry out the attack. According to him, he and the others declined because “the risk was too high.”
He said:
“Ned Nwoko told us to go and kill Regina Daniels, gave us her location and the time she was going to move, but we refused because… I cannot do it.”
The man further alleged that they had already been paid N5 million each and that appearing in the viral clip could put his life in danger. He also claimed that the Senator had previously warned Regina Daniels to be cautious during the ember months.
The allegation, though unverified, has triggered widespread reactions, with Nigerians expressing shock, disbelief, and caution. Many have called for an investigation, while others questioned the credibility of the accuser
