A woman has made shocking revelations about her husband’s descent into alcoholism, domestic violence, and an alleged plan to sacrifice one of their children for wealth.
In a recent interview with Brekete Family, she recounted how her husband, once a responsible man, changed after his mother introduced him to alcohol under the guise of herbal medicine. His drinking habits worsened, leading to erratic behavior, violence, and the sale of household items to fund his addiction.
The situation took a dark turn one night when he woke her up and confided that a friend had performed a sacrifice using his child. He then asked for her opinion on doing the same. Terrified, she endured years of hardship, including housing multiple relatives her mother-in-law brought to live with them.
As his addiction spiraled, he eventually lost his sanity and began roaming the streets unclothed. The local community intervened, separating the woman and her children from him. However, his mother, who had previously ignored calls for help, returned to take control of his property, allegedly renting it out without informing his wife.
Now displaced and struggling, the woman says she only seeks peace and stability for her children.
