The Chairman of Global mindset awards media ltd, Amb. Odidi Godday Aguriase (OGA) has called on the federal government to create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive and implement good policies to reduce brain drain across the Nation as it is affecting the Nation productivity.
Amb. Odidi stated this during the 15th Global mindset media press conference held on the 10th August 2025, at Sunfit hotel, Lagos in preparation for the mindset awards giving ceremony scheduled to hold November 9.
He pointed out that, from the look of things across the Nation, it is very clear and obvious that government policies have created too much pains among Nigerians, stressing that political leaders, including the Judiciary are not doing the right thing as high level of corruption is increasing on daily basis and the rate of crime among the youths is not encouraging at all.
He used the medium to formally appeal to the government to wake up to its responsibility and implement good policies to reduce brain drain as well as tackling the insecurity problems and fixing the dilapidated health sector and create employment for the unemployed youths.

He observed that since the 2027 general elections are fast approaching, there is need to appeal to the political leaders not employ thugs to intimidate the electorates, while the electorates must not sell their conscience to vote the wrong candidates.
Amb. Odidi, while speaking about the 15th Global mindset awards scheduled for November 9, he explained that, Global mindset awards is not just about giving awards, but, also as an image-making brand that gives companies and personalities visibility to adoption through effective and constant marketing skills.
He noted that, the Global mindset awards is a registered platform that has given awards to over "400" people across board and they have published news stories through their BLOG "Gabriovoice.com.'"

While laying much emphasis on the importance of award being given to an awardee, such a person must have impacted positively on people and society.
But, in as much as some organizations are giving awards to criminals who never deserve such awards, the Global mindset group normally investigate whoever they intend to confer an award on to ensure such individual is not found wanting.
In view of the above, "let me say that Global mindset awards has come to stay" noting that despite the project is capital intensive, they keep pushing forward as they have created the Gabrio leadership and entrepreneurship innovative master class conference (GLEICC) that host business conferences from social media monetization to business executive exchange programmes. "It is a business platform to create opportunities for Gen Z and old-time entrepreneurs.
Present at the press briefing are Hon. Stephen Ighomena Irebia, Mandavo, Okolosi, Mr Abraham, Made Stella Okhaishe and host of others.
