According to police, officers were alerted by members of the public who reported unusual and disturbing behaviour in the drainage tunnel running underneath the busy complex. Witnesses said the man appeared disoriented and was clutching an object resembling a human skull, prompting immediate concern and a swift response from law enforcement.

An African male was found lying naked in the shallow stream within the drainage system, holding what police later confirmed to be a human skull.
